Is there a minimum order to open a trade account?

No minimum to apply and no monthly commitment. Trade rates improve as your order volume grows, and bigger project jobs are priced individually.

Do you supply parts for cars that are not on the website?

Often, yes. We hold supplier accounts beyond the catalogue, so if you send a VIN, a part number or a photo of the part, we will try to source it and quote you.

How quickly will I hear back?

Applications are reviewed within two working days. If it is urgent, call 01909 492259 and say it is a trade enquiry.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes. We ship worldwide and can quote carriage for multi-box or palletised trade orders.

Do I have to be VAT registered?

No. We need a business name, a contact and a way to reach you, nothing more.

Can my garage be listed in the fitter directory?

Yes, that is the other half of the network. Tick the fitter listing box on the form and we will publish your details once we have checked them.

A trade account suits anyone who fits, repairs or resells parts: garages and servicing workshops, bodyshops, tyre and wheel specialists, detailers, motorsport prep outfits and parts resellers. You buy at trade rates on stocked lines, send us a registration or VIN when fitment is uncertain, and get a straight answer on availability before you promise a customer a date.

Account holders buy at trade rates on stocked lines. Special orders are quoted individually, because supplier pricing on non-stock parts moves.

Are you a fitter?

Fitters get a free listing in our UK directory: your business name, town, the services you offer and how to contact you. Customers find you, agree the price with you directly, and we never take a cut of your labour. You do not have to buy parts from us to be listed.
